Fulham sign Aleksandar Mitrovic and close in on Swansea’s Alfie Mawson

• Mitrovic seals reported £22m move after successful loan spell
• Mawson due to undergo medical for London club on Tuesday

Fulham have signed the Newcastle United forward Aleksandar Mitrovic for a fee which could rise to £27m after he impressed on loan this year, helping the London club secure promotion.

The Premier League newcomers are also closing in on Swansea City’s Alfie Mawson. The defender is set to undergo a medical on Tuesday in a transfer that could cost up to £20m.
